One Month: September - Childhood Cancer Awareness Month
One Person: Can make a difference in the lives of 12,500 |
The MileStones Virtual Walk for 12,500 is now closed.
In so many ways, childhood cancer is a journey. In fact, when children are diagnosed with cancer, they are treated with a “roadmap”. The “roadmap” includes the dates and dosages and often covers the weeks, months or years of therapy necessary to treat a child with cancer.
As so many of you know, the journey includes ups and downs, long stretches, lots of curves and crashes. Only through research will we reach the final destination: Cure.
Thank you so much for joining CureSearch’s virtual journey in support of these children - The Virtual Walk for 12,500.
In honor of National Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, we raised over $108,600 for childhood cancer research. While the Virtual Walk site is closed, we will continue each day going forward with you in the same direction toward a cure.
We all know we cannot get there fast enough.
