Holly Zink, MSA, ACRP

Holly Zink joined CureSearch in 2022 and is responsible for setting the scientific research agenda and direction for the organization, administering all research programs and initiatives, and ensuring that CureSearch meets its research goals. She leads CureSearch’s scientific education programs and creates synergy between research milestones and our community of patient families, volunteers, donors, partners. 

Prior to joining CureSearch, Holly served as Research Administrator at the University of Kansas, Children’s Mercy Hospital, and the Stowers Institute for Medical Research. In these roles, she provided strategic direction to advance science and medicine through research administration, scientific communication, and research mentorship.

Holly is currently the Deputy Editor of the Journal of Research Administration, an international peer-reviewed publication. She holds a certification from the Association of Clinical Research Professionals. And she has extensive training in research education, technical communications, and scientific illustration.

Holly holds a bachelor’s degree in English Communications from the University of Central Missouri, and a Master of Science degree from the Central Michigan University. As of 2022, Holly is completing her dissertation for a Ph.D. in Business Administration, Strategy and Innovation from Capella University. A Missouri resident, Holly spent the majority of her career based in Kansas City. She currently resides in Kansas City.
