Join Us in Accelerating Cures for Children with Cancer

At Curesearch for Children’s Cancer, we’re driven by one simple but urgent belief: every child deserves better treatment options and a future free from cancer.

We fund innovative research, convene the brightest scientific minds, engage passionate supporters, and work tirelessly to accelerate breakthroughs for children facing cancer today.

Behind every successful initiative is a team of people who ensure great ideas become reality. We’re looking for an exceptional Manager, Executive Operations to become one of those people. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer, with a dotted line to the Chief Executive Officer and Vice President of Scientific Affairs.

This is a unique opportunity for a highly organized, proactive, and relationship-oriented professional who loves bringing order to complexity, connecting people, and making things happen. You’ll work directly with the CEO and leadership team, helping coordinate strategic priorities across the organization while ensuring projects, people, and partnerships move forward seamlessly.

No two days will look the same, and that’s exactly what makes this role exciting. One day you may be coordinating a Board meeting, helping launch a national awareness campaign, or supporting a new hire. The next, you’ll be organizing a scientific convening, keeping executive priorities on track, or helping improve organizational processes that allow our team to do their best work.

If you’re energized by variety, thrive in fast-paced environments, and find satisfaction in helping others succeed, we’d love to meet you.
