Chase Carter
Director, Community Engagement
Chase Carter joined CureSearch as Director of Community Engagement in 2023 and leads a dedicated staff team to empower and mobilize community-based volunteers to drive the mission and fundraising growth objectives. His team spearheads the development of local community leadership boards and supports a volunteer-led movement to grow CureSearch’s impact nationwide through fundraising programs including the Ultimate Hike, CureSearch Walks, Gold events and corporate partnerships.
Chase brings over a decade of experience mobilizing communities to fundraise for vital cancer research, with previous work at ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the American Cancer Society. As a childhood leukemia survivor, Chase is passionate about finding, recruiting, and empowering community volunteers to end these awful diseases.
Chase holds a B.A. in International Studies from the University of Idaho. Originally from rural Alaska, he now calls Las Vegas, NV home where he spends his free time hiking and camping across the Southwest.
