Cookies
CURESEARCH or its vendors may use cookies, web beacons, tags, log-in files or other similar data collection or tracking techniques to facilitate use of our Platforms by our users, and to enrich your online experience with us. A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer tied to information about that user. CURESEARCH uses both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. If you reject cookies, you may still use our websites and all the informational resources provided through them.
CURESEARCH uses a tracking utility provided by a third-party vendor to track usage of specific web pages and other resources provided through our website. The vendor sets cookies as a method for compiling site usage information, but these cookies are only used to compile demographic models of site usage and are not tied to the user's personal information.
Digital Advertising
We may partner with ad networks and other ad serving providers (“Advertising Providers”) that serve ads on behalf of us and others on non-affiliated platforms. Some of those ads may be personalized, meaning that they are intended to be relevant to you based on information Advertising Providers collect about your use of the Platforms and other sites or apps over time, including information about relationships among different browsers and devices. This type of advertising is known as interest-based advertising.
We may also work with third parties that collect data about your use of the Platforms and other sites or apps over time for non- advertising purposes. We use Google Analytics and other third-party services to improve the performance of the Platforms and for analytics and marketing purposes. Third-Party Links and Tools
CURESEARCH exercises caution when providing links on the Platforms to third-party websites or apps, including plug-ins that link to social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram. It is imperative to note that these websites and apps operate independently from CURESEARCH and maintain their distinct privacy policies. CURESEARCH unequivocally disclaims responsibility for the privacy practices or content of such third-party websites or apps.
While we may facilitate access to these external resources for your convenience, it is incumbent upon you to conduct a thorough review of the privacy policies of these third-party entities before engaging with their websites or apps. This proactive approach ensures that you are fully informed about their data practices and can make informed decisions regarding your privacy.
Furthermore, the Platforms may integrate social media tools or "plug-ins," such as social networking tools offered by third parties. Should you choose to utilize these tools to share personal information or otherwise interact with their features on the Platforms, it is crucial to recognize that these companies may collect information about you and may utilize and distribute such information per your account settings, including sharing it with the general public.
Your interactions with third-party companies and your utilization of their features are governed solely by the privacy notices and terms of service of the respective companies providing those features. We strongly urge you to meticulously review the privacy notices of any accounts you create and use to ensure a comprehensive understanding of how your information is managed and safeguarded.

CURESEARCH prioritizes the security of your Personal Information and has implemented rigorous technical, physical, and administrative safeguards to protect it from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include but are not limited to encryption, firewalls, secure socket layer technology (SSL), access controls, and regular security assessments.
CURESEARCH restricts access to Personal Information to authorized personnel who require it for legitimate business purposes. Furthermore, all employees, contractors, and third-party service providers with access to Personal Information are bound by strict confidentiality obligations and are regularly trained on data protection protocols.
Despite these stringent measures, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is entirely secure. Therefore, while CURESEARCH strives to maintain the highest standards of security, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against all potential security threats. By using our Platforms, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with the transmission and storage of Personal Information.

From time to time, CURESEARCH may also share donor names and mailing addresses with other reputable nonprofit organizations on a limited basis in exchange for limited access to the names and addresses of their constituents.
