The Survivorship Toolkit is provided courtesy of the Coalition Against Childhood Cancer (CAC2). It is a comprehensive source of online information and resources to empower survivors and families with the knowledge needed to navigate survivorship with confidence and improve their quality of life.

What to look for during the survivorship journey so that survivors and families can work with their healthcare team to determine risk and vulnerability, evaluate symptoms, and address issues to maintain the best quality of life possible.

Resources to help process the treatment experience and promote healing to help survivors and families adjust, cope, and manage ongoing stress, anxiety, and/ depression symptoms or disorders should they occur due to the ever-changing impact of late effects.
Information needed to help maturing youth with late effects develop important self advocacy skills, acquire new roles and autonomy, and prepare for emotional and functional independence at home, living on their own, when traveling, and in the workplace.
Resources to help survivors maintain healthy habits, avoid harmful chemicals and substances, set realistic expectations, manage pain and executive dysfunction, and utilize holistic options so that the body and mind can heal and strengthen.
