Tiffani Copeland
Chief Development Officer
Tiffani Copeland joined CureSearch in March of 2018 and is responsible for maximizing the organization's fundraising performance, leading high performing, multi-faceted development programs including major gifts, foundations and grants, strategic partnerships and events. She also leads the Marketing & Communications team, working to ensure that our brand, mission and outcomes are communicated with all constituents in an engaging and meaningful way while growing our community of patient families, volunteers, donors, partners.
Prior to joining CureSearch, Tiffani served as Vice President of the John Wayne Cancer Foundation. In that role, she provided strategic direction to grow campaign revenue, increase program output and create a national scope for the foundation. Tiffani previously held multiple leadership positions at the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, most recently as Region Campaign Director. In that role, she was directly responsible LLS' flagship fundraising campaign and one of the industry's largest peer to peer programs. She also served as a key member of the Regional Executive Team, providing leadership for all campaigns, marketing efforts and high-level volunteer and corporate relationships.
Before entering the nonprofit world, Tiffani held a variety of positions in the communications field with a focus on tv/film development and media management.
Tiffani holds a bachelor's degree in communications from Ferris State University, and a master's degree from the SI Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. A Michigan native, Tiffani spent the majority of her career based in Southern California. She currently resides in Traverse City, MI.
