Kelly Pallanti

Kelly Pallanti joined CureSearch in December 2022, and is responsible for advancing the human resource operations and employee engagement.She also leads the diversity and inclusion committee that ensures our organization supports an equitable and psychologically safe environment.
Prior to joining CureSearch, Kelly had been successfully helping SMEs, start-ups, and not-for-profits transform their People Operations for over 20 years. She started her career as a Technical Recruiter as the world prepared for the impact of Y2K. It was an exciting time to be in the industry and she quickly discovered her passion for training people of all career levels; how to interview, negotiate their own salaries, and communicate professionally with company leaders. This led her to hold roles that include Career Development Director, HR Business Partner, and a Nonprofit HR Shared Services provider- they showed her the ROI of aligning people development with strategic business growth. Her accolades include Winner of the Women in Meeting Award in Entrepreneurship, elected SHRM Chapter DEI Director, and a recurring appointment to the Y USA Salary Compensation Task Force.
Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Illinois at Chicago and is a SHRM Senior Certified HR Professional. She grew up in the south suburbs of Chicago and currently resides in Valparaiso, Indiana with her husband, three children, and their cat named Raisin.
