Justin Wahlstrom, pediatric development lead in AbbVie oncology, is a physician trained in pediatric hematology/oncology and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, and has led clinical development efforts in pediatric oncology across multiple assets since 2017. Prior to joining Abbvie in 2017, Dr. Wahlstrom was an assistant professor in the pediatric bone marrow transplant division at the University of California, where he led clinical trials in pediatric stem cell transplantation and co-directed the clinical trials program and BMT fellowship program.
Dr. Wahlstrom is a graduate of the pediatric hematology / oncology fellowship program at the University of California, San Francisco, and the pediatric residency program at New York Presbyterian / Weill Cornell Medical Center.He received his MD degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine.
